How to register your child for ACTIVATE!
  1. Register, pay and upload shot records at the link below
  2. Print 2 copies of your confirmation email and Stripe receipt - 1 to church leader & 1 to keep for your records

  3. Download the ACTIVATE Parent Guide (available here June 2026)

  4. Read, complete and turn in the Acknowledgement Form for Arrowhead's Emergency Action Plan

SPECIAL NOTES for 2026:
  1. If paying via debit or credit card, it is not possible to register and then come back and pay, it must all be done in one setting.  If your payment does not go through you will need to re-register and try again.  We apologize for any inconvenience but this is the way the system is set up.
  2. If paying with a check or cash to your church, please note this payment policy. ALL payments made will be the rate that is current at the time of the payment. Meaning, if you register at the Early Bird Rate (valid until May 15) but you or your church does not pay until the Regular Rate (valid May 16-June 13) is active, the Regular Rate will be due.

  3. Beginning in 2026 we will be collecting the processing fees for those choosing to pay via debit or credit cards. The specific amounts for Early Bird and Regular Rates are listed below.

  4. In accordance with the new Heaven's 27 Act Law, in response to the tragedy at Mystic Camp in Kerr County last summer, each parent will be required to read the Arrowhead Camp's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and sign an Acknowledgment of Receipt form after reading. This form needs to be turned in to your church leader. We are encouraging church leaders to host a parent meeting to go over this EAP together. This form along with all other paperwork must be turned in no later than June 25 or your child may not be able to attend camp. 2026 Rates:
Early Bird = 

  • $275 cash/check

  • $284 debit/credit card

Regular Rate = 
  • $330 cash/check
  • $340 debit/credit card

Important Info:

  • To receive the early bird price, you must be registered by May 15th at midnight. 

  • ALL campers need to upload their Shot Records when they register for camp online.  Have them saved on your computer so you can upload them when you register.  If you choose to not immunize your children, you must upload a written letter stating that decision with a parent’s signature and the date signed.  Your registration will not be final unless your shot records are uploaded or emailed to our registrar.
