July 15-19,2024 – primary and junior camps combined
How to register your child for ACTIVATE! Kids Camp?
- Register, pay and upload shot records at the link below.
- Print 2 copies of your confirmation email and PayPal receipt - 1 to church leader / 1 to keep for your records.
- Download the ACTIVATE Parent Guide (available here June 2024).
Click the link below to complete your registration. Make sure you select PRIMARY if your child has completed 1st-3rd grade and JUNIOR if they have completed 4th-6th grade.

Walk Up Rate = $365.00
Important Info:
- ALL campers need to send their Shot Records when they register for camp with Renae Fowler. Have them saved on your computer so you can send them when you register. If you choose to not immunize your children you must send a written letter stating that with a parent’s signature and the date signed. Your registration will not be final unless your shot records are sent.
