How to register your child for ACTIVATE!
  1. Download the ACTIVATE Parent Guide (available here June 2026)

  2. Read, complete and turn in the Acknowledgement Form for Arrowhead's Emergency Action Plan

  3. Please contact Renae Fowler at rfowler@trainingdepot.org  or 817.939.3960 if you are trying to register after June 13.

  4. Final Deadline for registration and ALL paperwork is due – June 25. If you miss this deadline, you will not be able to attend camp. Camp reimbursements will not be possible or only partial depending on the timing.

SPECIAL NOTES for 2026:
In accordance with the new Heaven's 27 Act Law, in response to the tragedy at Mystic Camp in Kerr County last summer, each parent will be required to read the Arrowhead Camp's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and sign an Acknowledgment of Receipt form after reading. This form needs to be turned in to your church leader. We are encouraging church leaders to host a parent meeting to go over this EAP together. This form along with all other paperwork must be turned in no later than June 25 or your child may not be able to attend camp. 2026 Rates:
Camper Walk Up Rate = 
  • $405 = Cash / Check to your Church  
  • $420 = Debit / Credit
Important Info:

  • To receive the walk up price, you must be registered by June 25th at midnight. 

  • ALL campers need to email their Shot Records when they register.  Have them saved on your computer so you can attach them when you register.  If you choose to not immunize your children, you must upload a written letter stating that decision with a parent’s signature and the date signed.  Your registration will not be final unless your shot records are emailed to our registrar.

Kids Camp Counselors, Teen Jr. Counselors, Staff and CREW Application 

ALL ACTIVATE kids camp counselors, teen Jr. counselors, staff and CREW members must complete an application to serve at camp:

Counselors / Teen Jr. Counselors / Staff / CREW must have the following on file with the Kids Camp Registrar no later than June 25:
  1. Current Background Check (must be dated 2026)
  2. Current MinistrySafe Certificate (must be after July 13, 2024)
  3. Current Pastoral Recommendation
  4. Under 18 – Emergency Action Plan – Acknowledgement of Receipt Form signed by their parents
IMPORTANT DETAILS: ALL paperwork can be uploaded when you apply online or it needs to be uploaded by your church leader into their specific camp folder no later than June 25. Please do not email any documents.

ACTIVATE kids camp asks that each church pay $150 for each counselor / teen Jr. counselor / staff member that they send to help cover part of their costs.  CREW fees are $100 and we hope that each church will help cover these as well.  How each church pays these fees is up to that individual church.
 
ALL sponsor fees need to be mailed to Candace Clem the Kids Camp Treasurer.
